 PRINCE OF SUSIANA - DUKE OF ASGARD FROM THE NOBLENESS OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SUSIANA

 

ART. I

Statement: By the Sovereign Act a Title, a Predictive or an heraldic bearing is authorised to be used.Renewal:

by the Sovereign Act an already exinct Title,Predicate or heraldic bearing of a Family can be renewed.

Acknowledgement: by the Sovereign Act a Title, a Predicate or an heraldic bearing to Private person is legally decreeted.Act of Indemnity: by the Sovereign Act a Title, a predicate or an heraldic bearing is legally decreeted in case of lack of proof of old grants or in the succession of Title and Predicate.

 

ART. 2

The Secretary of States for the Foreign Business will supply all matters about the Mobiliary subiect and will 

keep the Nobiliary Official Lists: Roll of Honour of the Nobleness of the Royal House of Susiana, Heraldic Book

of the Heraldic Bearings. Letters-patent before being sent to the persons concerned must be registered on the

said Lists, by previous crediting of donation by the Applicant.

                      

ART.  3

Nobiliary Distinctions are: Titles, Predicates and Heraldic Bearings. They cannot be an obiect of privatedispositions for Acts among the living and of last wishes people. Nobiliary Distinctions cannot be recognized if their primary grant or any other legitimate purchasing way and legitimate devolution in behalf of the instant cannot be justified. The providing of the Sovereign Prince will stand if the Nobiliary Distinction is allowed  ad personam or it is transmissible. 

ART. 4 

The allowable and Pardonable Titles are those of: Duke, Marquis, Count, Viscount, Baron, Patrician and Noble.

ART. 5

The transmissibility (when allowed) of the overmentioned titles is for the Male First-Born, unless different dispositions. In case of double or plural birth, the first born is taken into consideration. For Nobles and Patricians the transmissibility is in behalf of the whole Descendents.                          

ART. 6

The wife requires the same Nobiliary condition of the  husband and keeps it even in widowhood. She loses any title if divorced.

                                                 

ART. 7

The title of Noble is  applied: 

1.         to people  hawing some hereditary Nobleness or not having any             other Nobiliary or Patrician order. 

2.         to families who obtained special grant.

3.                  to ultra-born belonging to Titled Families               

ART. 8

For new heraldic bearings the applicants wishes are possibly complied with. They will be rade not  to enjure historical rights and not to be  confused with those of other families. It will be taken into consideration that the origin and the reason of grant is shown by some cutting,-picture, motto and ornament.

ART. 9 

The knowledgement of Heraldic Bearings in behalf of not noble families but of high birth is applied whence the public and placid possession is shown for a least period of a century. The Heraldic ornaments of said heraldic bearings are concerning a Elmet dressed of feathers having the same colour of the scudcheon, without any pad, flourishing or motto. The Heraldic Bearings belonging to Noble Families are knowledged whence a placid and public possession is shown for a period of fifty years. Such Arms will show the Major Title benefit of the Family and the crowned crest. The crown of the crest will show the Title of the grantee.   

ART. 10 

The succession  of  Titles, Predicates  and  Nobiliary  Attributes takes place in behalf of the male agnation of  the  last invested for rank of First-horn, without any   limitation of Degree having    the   preference over     the  line    of  the "Degree.                          

The called  to succession must be male descendent from the common stock, first invented of the Title.

ART. 11 

Legitimated sons for subsequent marriage succeed in Titles and Predicates as legitimate sons. Natural sons, even if recognized don't succeed in Titles and Predicates unless a particular providing  of Grace on the part of the Sovereign Prince does not intervene. 

ART. 13 

Titles granted to female are allowed even when unmarried but cannot cause a succession. According to dispositions by the International Right in  consideration of the Law on Ordination of the Nobiliary State of the Republic of .ST. Marino.
