APPOINTMENT TO AND
REGULATION OF
KNIGHT’S JUSTICE OF PEACE
1. A Summary of the Current Position
The Royal Crown of Susiana may appoint Knight’s Justice
of Peace (Kt.Justice). The discretion to appoint is exercised by
council upon the advice of the Secretary General. The Secretary
General directs policies concerning all aspects of the appointment
and will continue the regulation of Knight’s Justice of Peace.
2. Who Can Apply To Be A Knight’s Justice
of Peace?
The criteria for appointment is policy adopted by the Secretary
General of The Royal Crown of Susiana. Presently, the policy
criteria allows a person to apply to be a Knight’s Justices of
Peace if he or she is:
- between the ages of 21 and 75;
- of good character; and
- require is and exercises the functions of a Knight’s
Justices of the Peace.
A prospective applicant must apply to the
Secretary General. The Secretary General decides whether the person
should be nominated for the appointment. If the Secretary General
believes the person is suitable for the position, Secretary General
will nominate the applicant and forward the nomination to The Royal
Crown Of Susiana, together with documentation verifying the
applicant's eligibility for appointment.
